Tali Shapiro, who was 8 years old when she survived a brutal attack by serial killer Rodney Alcala, joins NewsNation's "Banfield," along with former prosecutor Matt Murphy, who secured Alcala's death sentence. Alcala, infamously known as "The Dating Game Killer" and suspected of up to 130 murders, first revealed his predatory nature with the attack on Shapiro. Though her parents chose not to have her testify as a child, Shapiro later helped prosecutors secure Alcala's death row sentence in 2010.
