Bryan Kohberger, who faces four counts of first-degree murder when he goes to trial next summer, was in court Thursday as his lawyers fought to take the death penalty off the table. The attorney for the man accused of killing four college students nearly two years ago in Moscow, Idaho, said the state of Idaho doesn’t have a “current means” of executing someone, and it would be inhumane to make Kohberger wait for the state to determine how he'd be put to death. Palm Beach County, Florida State Attorney Dave Aronberg discusses that argument on “Banfield.”
