New reporting shows Luigi Mangione, the man charged with murdering UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, had a manifesto and spiral notebook with a “to-do” list. Mangione also wrote that he suffered from chronic back issues.

Dave Aronberg, a Florida state attorney for Palm Beach County, tells “Elizabeth Vargas Reports” that Mangione would be a “sympathetic figure” if he had not shot Thompson. Aronberg says, “whatever he did there didn't cure his illness.”
