The Supreme Court upheld a law that would ban TikTok in the United States if its China-based parent company, ByteDance, doesn't sell it. Trial attorney Eric Faddis joins "NewsNation Now" to discuss the legal side of such a decision and what may occur Sunday, the day the law is to go into effect. Faddis thinks not much will happen on the first day but believes Donald Trump will view what his options are and try to broker some type of agreement when he takes office the day after.
