NASA is tracking an asteroid that could hit Earth in eight years. As of Friday, the asteroid has a 2.2% chance of impact and is estimated at 130 to 300 feet long. Former NASA astronaut Leroy Chiao says that 2.2% figure could easily go down by 2032.
