Joseph tells NewsNation's Ashleigh Banfield that her own experience working in healthcare has led her to expect the worst at times, but ultimately, she says, "this shouldn't have happened."
"My mom's been working there for 20+ years, she's devoted her entire career to the hospital. The fact that this happened at a healthcare facility which should have proper security is beyond me," Joseph said.
