Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller doesn't believe the cost will hit consumers "that much" and he's surprised the tariffs aren't more than the 10-15 percent that was announced. "We'd always been in a tariff war but we never fought back until Donald Trump came along," Miller says. "In the end, farmers made more money than they've ever made. … It'll be the same way this time, I expect."
