Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is leading an effort called "Operation Stork Speed," which aims to ensure the quality, safety and nutritional adequacy of infant formula. The initiative comes after a Consumer Reports investigation found that about half of 41 formulas tested contained potentially harmful levels of arsenic, lead, BPA, acrylamide or PFAS.
