Jason Altmire, a former Pennsylvania Democratic congressman, and Educators for Excellence CEO Evan Stone discuss the incoming order on "NewsNation Now." Stone says the order would allow schools to use federal money without any oversight and there's no guarantee the money would be used for its intended purposes now. Altmire believes since states and school boards are closest to their communities they will have the best knowledge about where the money should go.
