Victoria Conroy, the former roommate and friend of Sarah Katz, joins NewsNation to discuss the newly proposed "Sarah Katz Caffeine Safety Act," a bill that would require food chains to clearly label highcaffeine products. The legislation is named after Katz, a 21yearold University of Pennsylvania student with a heart condition, who died in 2022 after drinking a highly caffeinated "Charged Lemonade" from Panera Bread. A lawsuit filed by her family alleges the drink’s caffeine content was not properly labeled and contributed to her death. More
