The FBI arrested Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan on Friday after she allegedly helped a migrant evade agents of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at her courthouse. Former Judge Jeffrey Swartz said Dugan crossed a line, but the feds skirted protocol in the way they handled her arrest. “I think they overstepped their bounds, too. That was intended to intimidate other judges,” he told “CUOMO” on Friday.
