Aliza Sherman, a nurse and mother of four, was stabbed to death outside Moore’s office in 2013, just days before her divorce trial. Though suspicion surrounded Moore for years, no arrest was made — until now. Moore was taken into custody in Texas last week and charged with aggravated murder, conspiracy and kidnapping. Prosecutors allege he lured Sherman to his office, disabled his phone to avoid tracking and either he or a co-conspirator ambushed and killed her. He’d previously served jail time for lying about his whereabouts that day.
