17:21Now PlayingThis week, our "Missing" case is the disappearances of Layla Santanello and Hollynn Snapp. The case is uniting three mothers in the desperate search for the young women who disappeared from Kingsport, Tennessee, in 2023. Layla Santanello left behind a 2-year-old daughter when she vanished. The young mom was struggling through a tumultuous relationship and an addiction.
Several months later, then-19-year-old Hollynn Snapp was last seen after she was beaten at a party. While investigators say the cases are not connected, the disappearances are bringing together the two families to push for answers on what happened. NewsNation law and justice contributor Jennifer Coffindaffer joins Marni Hughes to discuss both cases.
