8:45Now PlayingTony, a 58-year-old man from Mississippi, has been living in Las Vegas for 10 years, and the last eight of those have been underground in hidden tunnels beneath the Strip. He says he's a drug addict and doesn't take kindly to the idea of anyone coming in and trying to force him to leave and get help. "It would be hard to buy into it if I'm not ready to do it myself," he told NewsNation. Despite that, Tony hopes he won't spend the rest of his life living down in the dark.
