The move has sparked outrage from local lawmakers. Ali sits down with one of those local officials, El Paso County Commissioner David Stout. They dive into ongoing deportation efforts, the new facility and comprehensive immigration reform. Ali also meets with GOP Representative Tony Gonzales, where the pair discuss border security, increasing prosecutions of migrants in the U.S. illegally and Gonzales’ response to criticisms of the Fort Bliss expansion, arguments he calls "fearmongering."
