Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman, who opposes the brothers’ release, describes to “Elizabeth Vargas Reports” the wealth of incriminating and gruesome evidence his office submitted to panelists. He says the brothers have never accepted responsibility for their actions. “If they ever do it, they might be ready for parole. But they have not done it yet,” Hochman said.
