Former NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez has been charged following an incident where he was stabbed multiple times during an altercation with a truck driver in downtown Indianapolis. Richard Schoenstein, a trial lawyer and legal analyst, tells “NewsNation Live” that since Sanchez is only facing misdemeanor charges, he’ll likely avoid jailtime. However, Schoenstein added that Sanchez may be required to attend an alcohol program and compensate the victim.
