The FBI is reportedly investigating the shootings as an act of terror. President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to call the suspect, an Afghan national, “an animal” who “will pay a very steep price.” The political blame game has also begun, and Weber brings in lawmakers from both sides of the aisle — Rep. Randy Fine, R-Fla., and Rep. Suhas Subramanyam, D-Va. — for a fiery debate.
Tuesday night’s NewsNation documentary “Killing Cancer,” hosted by Cuomo, received an overwhelming response on social media, with many asking why a drug that could possibly “kill” cancer cells has not yet been approved for use by the Food and Drug Administration. Weber looks to answer that question with Dr. Steven Finkelstein, a radiation oncologist featured in the documentary, and former CDC Director Robert Redfield.
Trump seemed hopeful Tuesday that a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine could be reached “very soon.” Hours later, a high-ranking Moscow official called that hope “premature.” So, are the two sides close to a deal? Weber is joined by Bill Taylor, former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, and Dan Rice, former special adviser to Ukraine’s commander in chief, to discuss.
