12:23Now PlayingThis week, our "Missing" series is looking back at the case of missing mother of four Kaysey Yoder. Deputies tell NewsNation they're very close to being able to release new details about her case. It's been two years since she vanished from her home in Eaton, Colorado. Her common-law husband reported she left home on foot in the harsh January winter weather.
Yoder's family has been suspicious about her partner's story regarding her sudden disappearance. After she went missing, he moved to Kansas where he would be arrested in a shooting incident at Rawlins County Hospital. In exchange for a guilty plea, charges against him, including an attempted second-degree murder charge, were reduced. Deputies have not named him, or anyone else, in connection with Yoder’s disappearance as her family continues to press for answers.
