There is speculation over how much King Charles knew in the lead-up to former Prince Andrew’s arrest on Thursday. Fred Weintraub, a royal watcher, tells “Morning in America” that he doubts the King knew the full extent of the investigation. “I think the king was pretty surprised by what was going on. That he hadn’t had any public knowledge of it,” Weintraub says.
