After years of speculation, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, better known as Prince Andrew before he was stripped of royal titles and residence for his long-time association with Jeffrey Epstein and allegations of sexual misconduct, was arrested Thursday. He’s the first senior royal arrested in nearly 400 years. What led to his arrest and what kind of punishment could he face? Fresh off winding down the surge of immigration agents in Minnesota, White House border czar Tom Homan joins “CUOMO” and no questions were off-limits.
