2:40Now PlayingInvestigators with the Pima County Sheriff’s Office assigned to look into Nancy Guthrie's disappearance were lacking experience in homicide cases and made mistakes early in the investigation, an insider in the law enforcement community told NewsNation. "They didn't have a lot of experience in homicide at that point, to include the supervisor who, from my understanding, never investigated a homicide before being installed as the supervisor for the homicide unit,” the source said.
