On the issue of data centers, he tells Ali the companies behind them “must reduce electricity costs for residential customers, as well as small business customers.” On the border, he added Operation Lone Star is still active and will remain as they are still seeing people and drugs come into the country illegally, saying they’re now working with their federal counterparts to crack down on smuggling.
