The first week of the trial of Lindsay Clancy ended after an emotional final day that partially took place outside the court. Jurors toured Clancy’s home, where she admitted to strangling her three children, ages five, three and eight months old, in her basement. Defense Attorney and Former Prosecutor, Mark Eiglarsh, and jury consultant Susan Constantine review what they were looking for and what they learned.
Friday marked six months since Nancy Guthrie was dropped off at her home, never to be heard from or seen by her friends and family again. After suffering through half a year of false leads, local law enforcement revealed two notes supposedly from the kidnappers, including one apologizing for Guthrie’s death. Nolan Wells family is desperate for new details in the death of their son and Friday, they got some. Mississippi's State Medical Examiner announced it completed Wells' autopsy and his toxicology report, though the results will be sealed until the grand jury gets the case. While the medical findings are off-limits, Wells' parents are doing everything they can to get other info. Nolan's mother subpoenaed Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and Life360 to get his messages, photos and GPS data as she pushes for answers.
