Everything I've said about Nerd City has been dialed to the degree by Keemstar. Keemstar published a video where the entirety of points in the video are that Jaystation has made bad content, it appeals to kids, deplatform him. This argument simply is insane coming from him and it takes a piss on what every other commentator stands for.
I don't think Nerd City is trying to deplatform anyone. I think Keemstar is the natural progression of his flawed idea. if you combined "Nerd's talk with the media" and "Keem's public shaming", It's Identical to MattsWhatItIs. I don't think Jaystation is innocent. I don't think he's a good guy.
I just don't think "I hate these videos" is a precedent for deplatforming that I'd like to see.
If making a hashtag could delete anyone and everyone... it's detrimental
