One of them immediately agreed Islam is against Western ideology, then said Muslims come to America anyway to "secure their futures." Over 90 minutes he admitted apostasy is punishable by death, couldn't rebut Surah 65:4's divorce laws for girls who haven't menstruated yet, and told me America will be "filled with Muslims." One was reading from Reddit. I was reading from Ibn Kathir.
Every claim I made came directly from the Quran, from al-Bukhari, from Ibn Kathir. Every rebuttal they gave, I asked them to show me where it says that. They couldn't.
When serious claims are made about a religion or ideology, they deserve serious scrutiny. Throughout this discussion I simply asked questions, read the text, and held every claim to the same standard.
