Heya Starfishes! Without further ado, here is my Ariel inspired makeup tutorial! (from Disney's The Little Mermaid) This just might be my most requested video of all time! I've been getting requests for this since I started making Ariel inspired cover videos on here years ago! Thanks so much to everyone who's requested it! Although I have done makeup professionally in the past, I am completely self-taught, so I wanted to start off by saying I don’t proclaim to be an expert by any means! I just love experimenting with different looks, and this is the way I’ve developed to do my Ariel inspired makeup over the years for when I portray this character. A lot of this takes into account my own personal styling preferences like pin-up makeup & brighter cartoony colors and making it all work for my own features. Hopefully this helps those of you who’ve been asking me about how I do this look, and hopefully you can take some of these techniques to create your own version of Ariel that makes you feel like a mermaid! Not saying this is the right way at all, just the way I like to do it. Thanks so much for watching, and let me know what you'd like to see next! Love you fishies so much! -Traci

Wig InfoMy own wig (shown here) is made of 100% human hair (selfdyed) & supplemented with VP Fashion Extensions (24 inch, extra thick / sew or clipin) use discount code "TraciHines" or "TraciJHines" for $10 off (these work for wigs or your real hair). Both the wig & extensions are styled with Nume Products.
Glimmerwood.com offers a comparable synthetic version of my wig using my own styling methods, however she is on hold for wig orders at this time. When they're available they are sold here(request or shop the "Siren's Grotto" style )
I made my Sea Star hair accessory myself. I'm not currently offering them for sale, but once in a while will list some when I have extra time at (I'm sorry I'm no longer taking custom orders!) You can get Sugar Starfish like this at local shell shops though and attach a clip to it to make your own if you like DIY!
