People will try to spin this as obstruction by trump either way.
I think that Rosenstein should be removed if the memos saying he suggested recording trump and trying to get people to use the 25th amendment to remove trump from office are true.
I dont think that this was a crime for Rosenstein to do, but think this should have forced him to recuse himself from picking the special counsel, which he clearly didnt.
