10:28Now PlayingI have been saying the FBI witch hunt into Trump, particularly using opposition research paid for by Hillary's team to spy on people connected to Trump's campaign, was possibly the biggest political scandal in the history of this country.
The FBI spied on Carter Page through a FISA warrant. They told the FISA court they thought PAge was basically a spy for Russia.
If after three years of investigations Page is not only not indicted for being a Russian spy,. but for any crime whatsoever, this shows how disgusting and dangerous it was for the FBI to knowingly use info paid for by a candidates opponent as a justification to spy on them.
So now the precedent is set.
Trump may pay anyone for any unsubstantiated rumor about his Democrat opponents. He can then use that rumor to spy on his opponent.
I have been against this from the outset, but this is the system the Trump haters have cheered for.
