People have repeated this claim over and over because they hear the media say it.
Well a judge has just ruled that Mueller has no proof that the private Russian people in questions were part of or directed by the Russian government.
In other words, one of the two big claims Mueller had about Russians attacking us is unfounded.
So much so that this judge is ordering Mueller to not be allowed to make that claim anymore.
If Mueller misled everyone about that, what else could he have misled us on?
