5. FARA violations.
Manafort was accused of failing to register as a foreign lobbyist. He was charged for that and ended up in solitary confinement.
The Mueller report admitted he worked with the Podesta group, which was founded by Hillary's campaign manager John Podesta. Podesta group was allowed to retroactively file paperwork.
4. Lying to the FBI:
Flynn was accused of lying to the FBI (check my video out this is wrong) and charged
Hillary lawyers Mills and Abedin lied to the fbi when they said that they didnt know about Hillary's server until after her time a SOS.
FBI agents though Hillary saying she thought the "C" on documents was a lie.
3. Obstruction of Justice:
Dems say Trump obstructed justice by firing Comey, even though Rosenstein wrote a letter recommended it. They also thought Trump mean tweets and grousing about Mueller was obstruction, even though Trump didnt commit the underlying crime, and even Mueller admitted his investigation wasnt obstructed.
The same Dems had no problem with Hillarys team deleting subpoenaed evidence.
2. Getting evidence from foreign countries.
The latest story shows Dems say its impeachable to get evidence from foreign countries about potential crimes of opponents.
Three Dem senators did the exact same thing as Trump, only more aggressively; Dems said it was ok.
Obama's admin and Mueller also got evidence for three years from foreign countries such as Australia, the UK, and even used Kremlin sourced unverified material to investigate Trump. Dems praised this.
1. Getting foreign interference
For three years there was an investigation into trump colluding with foreigners to steal the election. Mueller showed these claims to be untrue, yet many democrats like Schiff and Swallwell said they saw proof of Trumps guilt.
Meanwhile, they had no problem with Hillary getting actual dirt from Kremlin officials through the Steele dossier, and Obama's intel officials using that unverified dirt to spy on Trump.
In addition, we know that Ukrainian officials publicly acknowledged as early as two months before the 2016 election that they were interfering in the US election because they disliked Trumps policies. Democrats were not only ok with that, they say Trump investigate that interference that benefited them is grounds for impeachment.
