The pizza chef at Keste Pizzeria -- recently ranked the #1 pizza spot in Manhattan by New York Magazine -- prepared the three finalists' recipes in his kitchen. The entire staff picked a winner. But NPR's David Greene decided to confirm the results through one final test.
