A few months ago we ran a story () about two guys who brewed beer using yeast taken of a 35millionyearold protowhale vertebra. I recently had the chance to taste it at a science convention, and the brew called “Bone Dusters Paleo Ale” inspired me to put on my best David Attenborough accent (which, admittedly, is not that great) and make this video.
We used a lot of creative commons footage in this video, so I put all of the credits in this document
