YouTube Description
as posted by the channelKorean pop, or K-pop, was once limited to East Asia and some of the Korean diaspora around the world. But these days, K-pop and its signature in sync, highly-choreographed dance moves are familiar the world over.
Dancing in the K-pop style is not limited to trainees and stars, however. In Korean-dominated cities, specialized dance studios have cropped up to teach all of us how to dance in the various "concepts" of K-pop videos, be it "coquettish," "sporty," or in our test case, "manly."
Joined by Code Switch reporter Kat Chow in the Korean capital of Seoul, I gamely gave this a try while six-and-a-half months pregnant. We'll leave it at that and let you see for yourselves how things went down.
