She grew up on her family’s vegetable farm in California before moving to the East Coast to study at Harvard. Which is where she realized restaurants were her passion.

Today Vivian owns three restaurants in Los Angeles and she talked with Guy about entrepreneurship, and what she thinks the future holds for restaurants.
