as posted by the channel

Survivors of the worst natural disaster to hit Spain this century awoke to scenes of devastation after villages in Spain’s Valencia region were wiped out by monstrous flash floods.

The Spanish government has declared three days of mourning after the flash flooding left at least 158 people dead.

The death toll could rise as search efforts continue with an unknown number of people still missing.

Officials say torrential rains that started Tuesday and continued into Wednesday submerged villages, cut off roads and caused problems with the telecommunications.
