0:54Now PlayingHomeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is blaming California Democratic Sen. Alex Padilla for interrupting her news conference yesterday. She and Padilla were in the same federal building in Los Angeles. She was talking about federal immigration raids in LA.
Padilla says he moved toward Noem to ask a question when he was forcibly removed from the room by federal agents, forced to the ground and then handcuffed. But Secretary Noem says Padilla lunged toward her. She says he never identified himself, although several recordings of the incident show Padilla identifying himself in the room before he is taken away.
