0:51Now PlayingThe U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee has named the team of athletes that will compete in the Milan Cortina Winter Olympics next month. It’s the biggest U.S. delegation yet, with more than 230 U.S. athletes headed to Italy.
They range in age from 15-year-old Abby Winterberger, a freeskier from California, to Rich Ruohonen, a 54-year-old curler from Minnesota. Others are returning to compete in snowboarding, bobsledding, ice hockey and figure skating.
A new sport this year: ski mountaineering.
The Winter Olympics kicks off with the Opening Ceremony on Feb. 6 and runs through Feb. 22.
