The NVIDIA BioNeMo Protein Binder Design Blueprint uses generative AI and NVIDIA NIM microservices to help scientists find new therapeutics with less time spent in the lab.

It uses four NVIDIA NIM microservices for inference:

- AlphaFold2 for target prediction

- RFdiffusion for binder shape generation

- ProteinMPNN for sequence design

- AlphaFold2-Multimer for validating target binding
