Police in Arizona say the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, the mother of NBC News’ Savannah Guthrie is being treated as a crime based on undisclosed evidence found in her home. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem says immigration agents in Minneapolis will begin wearing body cameras as Democrats outline their ICE reform demands.
