Schweizer said when the FBI arrested Ho for his acquisition of technology related to a dual commercial-military reactor, nobody made the connection to either Hunter or his father, who as vice president was at the time negotiating with the Chinese over South China Sea and other issues. Ho accepted a plea deal two weeks before President Donald Trump was sworn in.
