Robinson was captured after a 33-hour manhunt, with his father urging him to turn himself in and calling a U.S. Marshals task force officer for help.
FBI officials said over 11,000 tips were submitted during the investigation. Surveillance video showed Robinson fleeing the scene after Kirk was fatally shot while speaking to students on campus. Investigators also reviewed online posts and interviews with associates that linked him to the crime.
Vice President J.D. Vance escorted Charlie Kirk’s body back to Arizona, joined by Kirk’s wife Erica and Second Lady Usha Vance. Kirk’s life and legacy as co-founder of TPUSA continue to inspire conservatives nationwide.
