as posted by the channel

Chloe Cole, one of the most outspoken young voices against gender-changes for minors, has secured a major legal victory in California. As a teenager, Cole was placed on puberty blockers, given cross-sex hormones, and underwent a double mastectomy before ultimately regretting her transition and detransitioning.

Now, a California appellate court has ruled that her medical malpractice lawsuit against Kaiser Permanente and several doctors will proceed in a public trial, rather than being forced into private arbitration. Advocates say this opens the door to broader accountability and transparency in cases like hers.

Cole, and Mark Trammell, CEO of the Center for American Liberty, joins Alicia Summers and say the ruling is an early but significant step toward justice as she prepares to have her story heard in open court.
