DESCRIPTION

John Stewart is Chair of Hacan (Heathrow Association for the Control of Aircraft Noise) which represents people living under the Heathrow flight path. The group fought a long battle with the government over Night Flights, and in 2001 went all the way to the ECHR. The case was in the name of Ruth Hatton and seven other local residents, all of you claimed their lives were being severely disrupted by night flights.
