In this Our Changing Climate environmental video essay, I figure out whether 4ocean is legit. Specifically, I talk to 4ocean's Co-founder Andrew Cooper as well as look behind the scenes of 4ocean in order to see whether they are legitimately using funds from their bracelets to clean up ocean trash. At the end of the day, 4ocean does seem to be cleaning up trash, but it's hard to say how much of it is going to the actual ocean clean up efforts and how much is going into 4ocean's other endeavors.
