Clay Travis: Robert Kraft prostitution, Jussie Smollett, LSU fan ref

On today’s Outkick the Show, Clay Travis discussed the affidavit regarding New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft that was released earlier today. Said Travis, the document divulged specific details regarding the incriminating video evidence pertaining to the still-alleged incident between Kraft and an unidentified masseuse/sex worker in Jupiter, Florida. Clay Travis read the affidavit which chronicled the incident, replete with time stamps, which happened to occur on the day of the AFC Championship game against the Chiefs.

Clay Travis, a libertarian, discussed his opinion that prostitution should be legal for the same reason he believes alcohol and gambling and marijuana should be legal. Clay Travis said he is of the opinion that there will be a forthcoming fine and a limited suspension from the NFL.

Clay went on to address the sex trafficking angle, and discussed the outrage of law enforcement officials watching several men have sexual interaction with any woman who is a “sex slave” rather than removing her from the situation immediately after the first violation. Clay went on to share his opinion that legal prostitution would allow the world’s oldest profession to be regulated and taxed, thus separating the practice from the black market. Police entrapment is also a problem when prostitution is illegal.

Finally, Clay pointed out how his stance as a feminist is that women should have the right to accept money for sex if she so chooses. As should men in similar circumstances

Clay went on to discuss the current police case involving disgraced actor Jussie Smollett. This story, said Travis, of Jussie Smollett being caught in a lie about staging a hate crime with racial overtones is a massive story that is reverberating across our society. As the concept of supply and demand is related to the prostitution industry, it is also connected to the current frenzy of the media, as well as the social media, for finding any material related to racist hate. The demand for any of these specific cases far outweighs the actual number of real incidents involving actual people, said Travis.

Clay Travis continued by saying we are seeing hoax after hoax attached to alleged hate crimes involving a white person attacking a black or gay person. It is important, said Travis, to approach these stories and the associated media coverage with a healthy perspective of a skeptic. Jussie Smollett, said Travis, knew he would immediately become a victim and receive an outpouring of sympathy that would help advance his career. His efforts clearly backfired, said Travis.

Clay also discussed the recent news story about the NCAA basketball referee hired to cover the Tennessee vs. LSU game. The game statistics and information surrounding the referee and his allegiance to LSU appear to suggest the referee in question may have exerted substantial effort to fix the game in favor of LSU. The issue is currently under review.

Clay Travis discussed the Academy Award broadcast, specifically the Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga performance. Travis mentioned how Cooper deciding to suddenly take up singing, and dominate the way as he has, doesn’t bode well for the rest of the men in the heterosexual universe.

Finally, Clay Travis discussed the Ole Miss basketball players who decided to kneel during the national anthem. Apparently, said Travis, a pro-confederacy rally was taking place in Oxford and some of the players decided to kneel in protest. The problem was, said Travis, the players ignorantly knelt to the flag that defeated the confederacy. How they failed to see the cognitive dissonance is patently absurd. The practice of kneeling to the US flag is not only tired, but Illogical, unintelligent, and nonsensical, said Travis.
