CFB playoff rankings, Donald Trump, Kawhi, Popeye's murder, FSU

On today’s Outkick the Show, Clay Travis commented on the first CFB ranking of the season which came out November 5th. Clay’s top 11 were the committee’s top 11, although not ranked exactly the same. Clay applauded the list, particularly their placement of defending national champion Clemson as #5. Clay also pointed out the domination of the SEC with 5 SEC teams making their list.

Clay Travis continued by discussing the weekend’s matchup between LSU and Alabama and how two of his sons differ greatly on the outcome.

Clay Travis also talked through the FSU coaching vacancy and all of the drama surrounding it, especially the Bob Stoops and Urban Meyer rumors being quelled and, most recently, Nick Saban’s name being thrown into the mix.

Clay Travis went on to mention the murder at Popeye’s over a chicken sandwich. This, said Clay, is evidence of bad decision making at its highest.

Clay Travis also discussed Los Angeles Clippers Kawhi Leonard’s load management schedule which will remove him from competition again just two weeks into the season. This presents a problem to the NBA’s already dismal performance in the TV ratings.

Finally, Clay Travis offered his opinion on the probable impeachment of President Donald Trump which will, he said, not ultimately pass the vote in the US Senate.
