On today’s Outkick the Show, Clay Travis discussed the NFL’s CBA and his take on the perspectives held by NFL owners and players and why the smarter and mutually beneficial angle is held by the owners.

Clay Travis continued by sharing how sports radio host Dan Le Batard took a shot at him for his opinion on the failed career of Bomani Jones after the cancellation of High Noon on ESPN earlier this week. It is Clay’s opinion that Le Batard probably doesn’t feel happy at home on ESPN which might help explain why he felt the need to take a public shot at him. Clay also offered to have an open conversation with Le Batard on the radio or on a podcast at any time.

Clay Travis went on to break down the most recent Democratic debate and shared it is likely that Bernie Sanders will still walk away with the nomination from his party even after the remaining candidates did their worst to attack him. Additionally, Clay shared his opinion on the adverse long-term effects of far-left politics on the world and cited several specific examples.

Clay Travis continued by talking through the sudden resignation of Bob Iger from Disney as their CEO. Clay openly wondered if Iger has political aspirations behind the career change.

Finally, Clay Travis discussed The Bachelor and its connections to the sports world with particular attention given to a member of the cast named Madison whose father is an assistant basketball coach at Auburn. Clay questioned “Bachelor Pete” and his puzzling decisions as the show moves toward its end of the season.
