as posted by the channelOn today’s Outkick the Show, Clay Travis shared the most recent and underreported positive news on the coronavirus front.
Clay Travis continued by discussing the state of Oregon’s decision to ban the term ‘Civil War’ for their rivalry game between Oregon and Oregon State. Said Travis, “The state of Oregon has banned the term ‘Civil War’ to describe the rivalry game between Oregon and Oregon State because of its connection to slavery. I swear to god this is real. This country is becoming more satirical every single day.”
Clay Travis also shared his thoughts on ESPN’s decision to hand over their prime-time SportsCenter over to The Undefeated for an evening of Wokecenter. As a result, ESPN’s ratings were at a 25-year low. “In addition to the ESPYs ratings falling by 81%, ESPN handed over their prime-time programming to Wokecenter social justice issues on TV on Wednesday. As a result, they posted the lowest prime time ratings in over 25 years. As I say: Get woke, go broke.”—@ClayTravis
Clay Travis went on to comment on Will Cain and his migration from ESPN to Fox News, leaving ESPN with a roster of nothing but far-left on-air personalities. This, said Travis, is good for business. “Will Cain is leaving ESPN today, and he was the only person who publicly argued against the Wokecenter perspective. ESPN's entire programming slate will now consist of people who are insanely far-left wing, and Outkick will dominate just for being reasonable.”
Clay Travis then commented on the NBA and the coronavirus. “5% of NBA players have tested positive for the coronavirus, but I think 25% or more of them have already positive. Guys like Donovan Mitchell and Kevin Durant were asymptotic and had no idea they had it, making the spread even less likely when the season starts.”
Clay Travis concluded by listing Joe Biden’s VP final four. Said Travis, “According to reports, we now have a final four for Joe Biden: Rep. Val Demings, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, and Sen. Kamala Harris. I think Biden will choose either Kamala Harris or Val Demings as his running mate.”
