On today’s Outkick the Show, Clay Travis shared the most recent positive and underreported news on the coronavirus front.

Clay Travis went on to discuss ESPN’s hiring of failed quarterback Colin Kaepernick. Clay called the move “toxic to ESPN’s brand” and said their decision to fully embrace Wokecenter will only continue their trend of dismal and plummeting ratings.

Clay Travis continued by sharing his thoughts on reports of Patrick Mahomes’ new contract extension, possibly and probably handing him the highest paid contract of all time in the NFL.

Clay Travis also shared three reasons why college football in the spring is a bad idea while calling anyone in support of the change an imbecile.

Clay Travis also shared his opinion on Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott’s decision to cut his exorbitant salary by 12% and other lesser-paid employees in the conference by 10%. “Larry Scott’s email bragging about his 12% pay-cut from his annual salary of $5.3 M compared to employees making $100K needing to take a 10% pay-cut is a bad look. I’m not surprised they’re talking about trying to buy him out.”

Clay Travis went on to comment on Harvard’s decision to charge full tuition for their classes being online this next year. Said Travis, “Harvard students will be sitting in front of a computer screen but will still be charged $49K a year. This is madness and it is extortion. At most it should be half.”

Clay Travis’s take on the struggles Major League Baseball is experiencing with their testing protocols. “You’ll notice the NBA will not have anything about Hong Kong on their jerseys. I call out the NBA for selective political endorsements and I also call them out in a massive way for not recognizing the human rights of a billion Chinese people.”

Clay Travis shared his take on Peter King being offended by hot dog eating contest is “absolute lunacy.”

Clay Travis continued by commenting on President Trump and his spat with NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace. Clay believes the decision is taking him away from more productive tasks that would be better for the country and much better for his re-election efforts.

Finally, Clay Travis called out the NBA and their upcoming jerseys. Said Travis, “You’ll notice the NBA will not have anything about Hong Kong on their jerseys. I call out the NBA for selective political endorsements and I also call them out in a massive way for not recognizing the human rights of a billion Chinese people.”
